New to investing
Hello everyone, my name is Armando Herrera. Just recently decided to pursue investing in real estate. I have zero experience and own no properties. I am trying to soak up as much information as I can in as little time as possible. Reading books, watching free YouTube seminars. Basically doing anything I can to comprehend how this works. Learning to understand my local market is a bit challenging. If anyone has any tips on what to read/watch or listen to please advise. Thank you all and glad to be in this community.
