New to Investing, But I'm Ready to Start
My name is Clinton. I am new to the investing side of real estate, but I and ready to start. My wife and I are looking to buy a rental in Georgia, west of Atlanta (preferably in Paulding County). We are open to single family and small multifamily homes in the $250,000 or less range. Any suggestions would be helpful.
