Newbie investor in Ohio

My name is Chi and I'm beyond excited to start on this journey in real estate investing. My wife and I finally taking action and set to close on our first property in the next few weeks. I'm hoping to connect with like minded investor and would love to learn as much as I can in the real estate world of investing.
