Hello everyone! My name is Camron, based out of Tomball, TX currently, but will be relocating for work multiple times in the coming years.

My goals with BiggerPockets are primarily to accumulate knowledge and connections for now as I build up the down payment necessary to purchase my first investment property. I intend to purchase my first investment property in the next two years. There is also a good chance I try and house hack on my second upcoming relocation.

I got into real estate recently while researching somewhat "nontraditional" investment strategies. I have always somewhat been into it, but something clicked while reading. I am now obsessed with learning about this incredible vehicle for wealth, which of course lead me here :)

Sounds great Camron! I think it will be a really neat opportunity to see different places and markets as you relocate from time to time. Take advantage to learn as much as you can about each place you live and look into its investing potential, obviously, some will be better than others but you never know what you'll find.

Be creative and try to learn different ways to invest and what works for different markets. Continue to be curious and keep digging!

Do you have any idea where you may purchase your first investment?
