Hello members my name is Hugo Solorio I am a native to Las Vegas. I started my interest in real estate like some people with the flipping shows and different HGTV programs and have always had an interest since then. Don't remember how I found bigger pockets but I am glad I did seems like a great site and a true community of helping one another. I'm thinking I want to start with flipping and eventually get into rentals. My parents have a 4plex but they got in right before the crash so it's a break even now so I'm learning a lot before I dive in and make small mistakes not big ones. I do work full time don't plan to quit I work construction so I think I might have a leg up with reno. Hoping to do it for when work is slow and pick up from there. Well that's it for now how to learn a lot from bp and begin a new chapter in life.

Welcome to BP Hugo! Your background in construction will for sure give you an edge getting started in the flipping business! It's great that you stumbled across this site. I've read more books than I can could on real estate investment and entrepreneurship, but I have learned more here on BP than all of those books combined!
