Hi everyone,

I've been listening to bigger pockets podcast on my way to my PE teacher job for the past two years and have just now made the full jump into real estate. I am interested in building a real estate portfolio of both short and long term properties (specifically in the Poconos for STR and long term in New Jersey, Pennsylvania & Florida). I am also interested in property management.

I just recently got my real estate salesperson license and will be doing that full time starting August 1st. I am looking forward to learning and collaborating with all you great BP people.
