My name is Dakota Willis I am a 23yo father of 2, I am a journeyman plumber in the central Texas area and I make somewhat decent money. I would like to invest in real estate and just wanted any suggestions on where to start.

1. Set clear investment goals.

2. Educate yourself about real estate.

3. Analyze the local real estate market.

4. Assess your budget and financing options.

5. Start small with low-risk properties.

6. Build a support team (agent, property manager, etc.).

7. Consider house hacking for cost-saving.

8. Network with experienced investors.

9. Understand real estate laws and regulations.

Be patient and persistent as you grow your portfolio. Good luck!
