STR Investor and Technical Problem Solver :)
Hello Everyone!
I’m Barry Wong, and based in Los Angeles.
I started investing in 2009, purchasing and managing a duplex. In 2021, I sold the duplex and 1031 that investment into a STR in Palm Springs. I manage the property and am trying to figure out my exit strategy so I can focus full-time on being an investor and growing my portfolio.
My experience is in property management and technology.
