Good morning,

My name is Frederic Chavez, Freddie for short. I am based out of Tri-Cities Washington, the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I am going to invest here locally where I live and its surrounding areas.

The goal is to build and grow a real estate investment portfolio. I have no interest in buying a home to live in. I see real estate purely as an investment opportunity. I've enrolled in a First-Time Home Buyer/ 0 Down Course for next week where the goal is to purchase my first house hack in the next year.

I've always been interested in real estate but have only ever been limited by my own belief that "Real Estate requires lots of money I just don't have". In completing my first round of 75 Hard, my love for learning, reading, and growing was nurtured. I picked up the bigger pockets podcast and loved the message from David G & Brandon T. From there I ordered Brandon's "Investing in Real Estate with little to no Money Down" book. I'm about 10 pages away from the finish and couldn't be more excited about the prospect of learning and growing in Real Estate. 

I'd love to meet and learn from anyone willing to make themselves available. Even if it's just meeting and growing our networks, I'd love the opportunity. The more the merrier if you will.
