Greetings from Salem, Oregon.

My name is Chad and I have been anxious to start real estate investing and I am finally in a position to do so. My wife and I purchased our home with a large enough lot to be able to partition at a later time. Well that time is finally here. I have joined with the hopes in getting some more knowledge to help with the partitioning and the building of my new income property!!

Thanks!!

@Chad Stubblefield welcome to biggerpockets. Are you planning on building a property to hold and rent or a house to resell? If you are planning on building it to hold and rent, have you considered a small multi-family (1-4 units)? Also, there is a monthly development seminar here in Portland put on by the local REIA, message me for details if you're interested.
