My name is Chad and I have been anxious to start real estate investing and I am finally in a position to do so. My wife and I purchased our home with a large enough lot to be able to partition at a later time. Well that time is finally here. I have joined with the hopes in getting some more knowledge to help with the partitioning and the building of my new income property!!

If you are planning on building it to hold and rent, have you considered a small multi-family (1-4 units)?
