Hey Guys,

My name is Justin and I've actually been a member on here for a few years. I initially got interested right out of college, when I didn't have much capital, didnt have a stable job and was living with my parents.

I'm now living in Jacksonville, Fl with some saved capital and a bit more maturity, and I'm ready to jump into the REI industry. My long-term goals are buy, hold, rent. I'm also interested in making capital from some of the other REI strategies as well, in the short-term.

Looking to network with new investors in the area. Nothing against experienced investors, but I understand that most aren't as willing to help or are as enthusiatic as us new investors.

So if you're in the Jacksonville area, please shoot me a message. Let's help each other reach our goals and not just use this site as a social network, but an accountability network.

Welcome to BP @Justin D.

You clearly haven't found the right experienced investors. There are plenty of experienced investors here that spend lots of time helping new investors.

One way to find investors in your area is keyword alerts. Set one up for "Jacksonville" or similar terms. Keyword alert system tutorial
