Newbie and Feeling Overwhelmed with TMI!
Hi Everyone! I've been a real estate agent for many years and have finally decided to take the leap into investing for myself! I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed with all of the information and different programs and mentorships out there. My goal is to Buy and Hold and/or Buy and Flip using OPM. I'm based in Phoenix, but am open to other states that are landlord friendly and provide better opportunities for a decent cash flow. TIA for any advice and feedback!
