Hi!

My name is Reid, and I currently have zero real estate experience. I spent several years in the Army, and got out a few short years ago. Unfortunately, my current career is in a related field; spending a lot of time in unpleasant places.

I'm looking for an exit strategy, and real estate seems to be a solid direction to try. I'm currently looking at Turnkey agencies, as I'm just interested in cash flow and the minimum amount of hassle for myself.

I'm slowly making my way through the huge amount of information on the site, and learning quite a bit!
