Hello Everyone,

My name is DeMarco Sheppard and I'm a Multifamily Analyst for GSE mortgage loans. Overall I've been in Wholesale / Commercial Real Estate banking for nearly 10 years and specifically in Multifamily Capital for the past 2 years (approx.).

I'm originally from Michigan and currently reside in Dallas, TX. I've also had the pleasure of living in Southern California and New York City.

I heard about BP from several people in local real estate groups and online. So I joined like everyone else for the networking opportunities.

My ultimate goal is to syndicate / invest in my own deals with the help of private lenders and/or private equity.

Although I understand the multifamily business from a bankers point of view, I'm endeavoring to learn this business through the eyes of an experienced investor. I'm doing lots of research and gradually putting together a team.
