I am 23 years of age...married and have a handsome 2 year old son

My wife and I are very interested and just came into an opportunity to invest in our future.

We are taking action into our future...becoming a Real Estate investor is our transportation to our future.

EXPERIENCE: is little to none...just signed up for our first three day training course

GOALS: short term - to do some contract assignments to make some quick profit.

Long term - to buy and flip house

ULTIMATE GOAL: Is to own a multi family property ..... As well as a few single family homes that I lease out. All to have a substantial cash flow

Looking for any advice for first time start ups, hard money lenders, private lenders, partners, MENTORS, teachers.

Really appreciate sites like this can't wait to get invoked in this community and start this new page in my life.
