Recent college grad looking to soak up some knowledge

Hello everyone, I'm excited to be part of this community that I stumbled upon recently. I graduated from Temple University with a BBA in risk management in May and currently have a full time job as a commercial underwriter. I am eager to learn as much as possible about rental opportunities as well as house flipping for some passive income. I recently bought How to Invest in Real Estate by Joshua Dorkin and Brandon Turner from BiggerPockets and it's a really good start for me. Looking forward to learning!
