My initial intention 3 years ago to become a Real Estate Agent was to, sell 2 houses to record a demo CD with my Band. After only about 3 months in it quickly changed to becoming an expert on my local real estate market so I could invest in Real Estate. My goal is to invest in my first property this year!

Though I have learned a great deal in the past 3 yrs about real estate from being an agent, I feel there is much more I can learn, especially with investing in it. I'm looking to utilize my knowledge as an agent, as well as my degree in Accounting, to develop a highly successful and profitable business.

My overall goal is to purchase single family homes and 2-5 unit buildings, and rent them out.

I look forward to listening, learning, and speaking with many of you in the near future.
