hi all,

My name is Richard Rodriguez. I actually live in Pearland, tx. I've been following bigger pockets for a few months as I'm trying to expand my investment knowledge. I've been focused on on trading stocks and options for last couple of years. I want to invest in real estate as a way of diversifying and getting a little cash flow to move me toward more freedom to pursue my art career without having to struggle financially as I move into that.

I'm very hands on and looking to get my hands dirty. I like to put in the mental labor as well. I'm eager to learn and have decent intuition. I've joined a local rei club and hope to get to know more people near my area to eventually join minds and maybe even capital in the future.
