Hi Ryan! Nice to meet you. I used to live in Edmonds. I have been looking for land to build 2-4 units in Lynnwood area. Currently selling a 46 unit development site off 204th St & Poplar Way now actually. Crazy how much new development is going on 164th between Avalon, Goodman, etc - huh?
