My introduction
Good afternoon all:
I'm not quite sure if this is the spot for a new member intro, but here goes. My name is Scott, a 57 yo newbie real estate investor. A native Philadelphian, (that's PA, not MS) I attended high school here and completed my undergraduate work at Temple University (B.S.) and then did my graduate work at Rutgers University, New Brunswick where I received my M.S.Ed. I taught Chemistry and Mathematics for 10 years in Brooklyn and Philly and then decided to give that all up for a change of career.
