Hi, my name is Joshua Guiry and I have absolutely NO experience with Real Estate Investing. I am a newly graduated (2021) Pharmacist who lives in Butler, NJ but works in Warwick, NY. I'm originally from Clifton Park, NY and have every intention of purchasing property around the Capital Region as well as in Potsdam, NY.
