Hi all! 

It's great to be here. I'm looking forward to chatting with many of you. First thing's first - a fun fact. 

Fun fact: Did you know sharks evolved before the formation of Saturn's rings? I know. Wild. 

Like so many others here, I'm looking to get into real estate full time. I have a background in tech sales and marketing and see myself building a business in buy-and-hold multi-family unit investing. I'm drawn to the deal-making and networking aspect far more than the management piece. 

In the short-term (1-3 years), I'm aiming to buy my first home (a duplex) with my wife. 

In the mid-term (3-5 years), I'm interested in learning more about wholesaling. If you're a wholesaling veteran willing to talk my ear off, let's connect!

In the long-term (5-10 years), I see myself owning numerous mutli-unit apartment complexes and starting a syndication.

I currently don't hold any investments, but I'm at the point in life (28) where I'm at a cross roads of continuing with a sales career for someone else or leveraging my skills and abilities for myself. And, well, I guess I'm selfish. 

I'm in "sponge" mode right now, so I'm genuinely happy to connect and chat with anyone about anything (especially wholesaling) .
