Hello everyone! Just want to introduce myself. My name is Jim and I live in Arizona, near Prescott. My interest is in working with mortgage notes. Have been doing it for about 7 years now. I look forward to meeting new people and doing a lot of deals this year.

Hi Jim,

Glad to have you here. Dave Van Horn does mortgage notes and so do some others on here. I do not mess with them. After researching to get them performing again requires heavy lifting.

I just do not have time for another job so it's not for me.
