Kentucky Newbie here
Hello everyone, I'm Cordell Garrett. I'm a new real estate investor here in Louisville, Kentucky. I'm looking to make some new contacts, especially in the commercial area where I'd like to build my business.
I also don't mind making contacts on the SFH front as well. Here in Louisville Kentucky we have more inventory than we have buyers so if you want to buy property here in the city that host the Kentucky Derby, give me a shout out.
About me.
I'm 1/2 blind and I live on disability. This is one of the main reasons I'm getting into real estate investing, I want off of disability. I also have a dream to expand to the New Orleans area so I can help rebuild the city. What a nice way to leave your mark on the world. Anyway I look forward to meeting everyone.
