Hey Everyone!
My name is Tiff Junge and I'm a new real estate investor and Realtor in the Des Moines, IA area. I currently house hack with my co-workers (pseudo medium-term rental style) and closed on my first value add rental property in April. My W2 job as a Project Manager requires a lot of time during the late spring, summer, and fall, so I hope to finish the renovations on this value add property this winter in order to get it on the MTR market this coming spring.
If anyone has questions about the Des Moines real estate and rental market, don't hesitate to send me a DM. Other markets I'm currently researching are the Duluth, MN up to Grand Marais, MN area. I love it up there and would love to talk shop about anything and everything North Shore related.
