I really love real estate , but don't know where to begin I read so many books and feel confuse at times this buyers list is no joke to build and I know it takes hard work, this buyers list and to find a good agent is not working for me in New York maybe I should head to a warmer climate ,maybe a change will make a difference, help"

Its like loving the arts and making money with it. Like loving acting.

The first thing is hanging around doers.

See this list.http://search.yahoo.com/search?ei=utf-8&fr=chr-greentree_gc&type=386496&ilc=12&p=reia+new+york

What is not working for you in NY is your brain.

Talking to doers is the key to traction and success.

Also, you cant do this alone.

Be a team player.

"Hi I'm __________. I'll do what it takes to be successful.

How can we work together?

How can we do a deal together?

What do you need?"
