New to BP - Growing my Portfolio

Good Morning,

My name is Crystal Urena. I live in NYC and have worked for a healthcare organization for the past 15 years. Over the past two years I’ve invested in two properties (4 units total) in Upstate NY. All of the units are rented. I still have my Full-Time job and manage the four units. I’m now looking to learn more and for different/better strategies to grown my portfolio faster.

Congratulations on your success early on! I have some friends who have found success in the Syracuse and Utica markets so its good to hear you're taking advantage of the opportunities upstate as well.

Are you looking to expand your portfolio in NYC, Upstate, Out of state?

Also... just curious.. Which healthcare organization are you part of? Before Real Estate, I worked for NY Health + Hospitals (formerly HHC) for 8 years.
