Hi,

My name is Dave.

I am a Commercial Construction Superintendent in the DMV area and a reluctant landlord. I have lived in the area for the last 14 years. My wife and I have two rental properties, one in WV that a rents for just shy of breaking even on the mortgage and another in Montgomery County that makes $100.00 positive cash flow every month.

I'm interested in finding and learning how to increase our rents received each month and possibly flipping or owning more rentals. Our goal is to offset the cost to put our kids through college and assist in paying for our retirement.
