Hello everyone, my name is Mike Walker and I'm from Broomall PA, a suburb of Philadelphia. I'm a newbie to Real Estate investing but I've been reading and researching the last several months and I'm ready to get started.

I plan on getting involved with "fix and flips" and also "buy and hold" rental properties.

I look forward to learning from all of the experienced investors on Bigger Pockets and also building relationships with fellow investors.

Thanks,

Mike

@Mike Walker

Welcome. If you can access your retirement and set up a self directed IRA you could find all the private money sources through fellow retirees.
