New Member, looking to connect and interested in house hacking in SoCal

Hi BiggerPockets team, 

I am relatively new to the real estate world and I am very interested in finding and closing a deal this year (2023). I would like to find a 2-4 unit multi-family and house hack OR a purely investment property producing cash flow (likely not in SoCal). 

I am located in San Clemente and would like to connect with others with similar interests.
