Hi all,
I'm Andrew Stroud, although I go by Drew, from Lodi, California - a small town just north of Stockton and 30 minutes south of Sacramento.
I'm a CPA by day. I enjoy my job and helping folks get through tax, accounting, and business issues. I'm not looking to quit my job.
I'm getting into real estate to generate passive income (cashflow) via buy and holds. I do own a bit of real estate already that has been great and I'm looking to expand.
I've been lurking on the site for a while and have read a great deal and listened to the majority of the podcasts. I'm looking forward to meeting BPers and hoping I can learn more!
