Hello all,

I would like to introduce myself. My name is Shaun Mirza and I am currently in facility management for a corporate company in midtown Manhattan. I been a long time lurker. I wanted to intake as much info as I could as this site has a wealth of information. I have been in RE since a young age. I have been a RE agent in queen, NY and owner of multi families. Currenly I own a 2 fam which I rent out. Now in addition to my past experiences I also have General contracting company.

What I hope this site could do for me is get in contact and network with wholesalers in the Metro New york area, Connecticut, Jersey and surrounding areas. Im looking to rehab and flip houses as access to my own contracting company would make things easier for me.

Vice verse I hope to help the members with any advice to help the BP family progress with there own personal goals.
