Hi BP community,

My name is Sandeep and been a resident of Austin for over 9 years now. I am a software consultant looking to buy some investment property for buy and hold.My goal is buy 2 to 3 properties over the couple of years. I want to create a alternate revenue stream on the long run. Right now going through the beginner's guide and listening to podcast's to familiarize myself with real estate investing. Would love to hear suggestions from BP community as to how i need to build my strategy to achieve my goal.
