Newbie in Philly Burbs!
Greetings from Conshohocken! I am new to Bigger Pockets but not a newbie to real estate. My day job for the last 9 years has been in commercial real estate with leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and more recently site selection, but my personal investing started in 2011. I want to ramp up my investing to acquire some multifamily properties and I plan to start to develop some spec properties. I'm excited to share what I know and to learn from the community.
