Hello All,

My name is Ryan Anders, and I live in the Houston area. We have 4 children, all ten and under. We just moved down to Houston this summer from Austin where I spent the last 16 years and my wife was born and raised. My wife (of 13 years) and I have talked about real estate as an investment for far too long. Now, It is time to do something about it. We are enjoying the Bigger Pockets community and looking into our first investment. I am nervous and excited about my first transaction. I hope to learn from you all here and share with others.

We plan on staying in the Houston market at first. We hope to acquire our first rental and flip within the next few months. I look forward to learning and growing from you, fine people.
