New to the Real Estate Investing Itch
We have just moved to the Guntersville, AL area and will have to move again in 3 years. Moving here with the anticipation of moving again got me interested in real estate investing for long-term rentals. My first house was a rehaber and while we made money off the sale, we have learned so much more in the last few years. I also started working with a Property Management/ Real Estate Firm and am helping with bookkeeping and growth of both the PM side and the real estate side. They have 40 years of experience and I am excited to learn and grow in the real estate investing community. My background before this was in operations and marketing in the mitigation industry, so I am excited to apply that in the Real Estate industry to grow revenue for the Mountain Lakes team!
As a personal new investor, we plan on making our current house a long-term rental when we move out, but watching the market and learning about the BRRRR method I may get the bug and adjust my goals to do a rehaber before we move so we build our portfolio faster!

We have to connect, Chelsea!
I am from Huntsville, and my family is in Guntersville and Albertville. I will actually be down there next week!
