I am a Buy and hold Real estate investor with a few rental units. I am looking to expand my network and knowledgebase in this community. I operate in the Philadelphia area but I am open to testing new markets.

I'd like to learn more about conventional and unconventional funding strategies, as well as some good real estate software.

I am just under contract with two SFH that will be my first two buy and hold properties.
