New Investor from NC & FL!
Hey all! I am about to turn 24 and want to begin working for myself by beginning my real estate investment journey. I currently work for a large multifamily developer in NC while also holding my real estate license in FL. I plan to spend this next year learning as much as I can and creating my plan of attack so I can begin building up my portfolio. My hope is to find a mentor who I can learn from and to also secure my first rental property sometime in 2024. Excited for the journey!
