I'm Steven Rodriguez and I'm looking forward to being part of such a large and helpful group of like minded individuals. I have been in real estate for over a decade as a realtor and have been involved in real estate investing for even longer. I live in Fort Lauderdale with my wife. While we're not working we tend to work more on future goals and plans. Lately, we are starting to ramp up plans for a few STR in the near future. We love traveling and I love cars, boats and planes.
