Looking to network and add value for others
Hello!
My name is Darian, I've been in real estate for a little while as a secondary focus in life. I have a few properties in the NC (Charlotte and Fayetteville) and would love to network and see if there's anything I can do to help others or learn from those ahead of me. Happy to chat, I implement MTR and I allow my Charlotte property to be arbitraged (love it!) but might pivot into other models if the opportunity presents itself!
