Hi everyone! I am new to Bigger Pockets. Started my investment journey during COVID in the financial markets and made a splash investing in Gamestop. See Hulu documentary Gamestop: Rise of the Players. Since then, I have shifted my efforts into real estate as it is something I am passionate about. I own two condominium units in LA, one of which I currently live in and looking to rent out. I just registered for real estate classes so I can obtain my real estate license to deepen my knowledge and experience within the industry. I am learning to love getting creative with money and having money work for me. I also enjoy renovating and decorating homes. Once I have both units rented, my next plan is to search for a multifamily property and another place to live. Happy to be here!
