Just starting out
In Rochester, NY.
Doing a lot of learning as we start our business up. Our focus will be on wholesaling, rehabs and eventually adding renal properties.
Obviously networking will be vital so creating relationships with others so we can start our buyers/sellers lists and get help as well as help others in the businesses.
Lastly getting funding is another big issue, I have a few leads, but I am thinking hard money will be needed starting out.
Hope to get to know several members and hopefully help each other in the future.
