I have been doing loans and real estate for 40 years. I have purchased several hundred homes in my life and sold all of them. I just recently closed a loan for a realtor, Mason Weiss who told me about Bigger Pockets. He was a total professional throughout the process and we got docs to closing early and closed on time.
