Hi Everyone! Long time lurker first time poster. I am looking to start my real estate investing career with a government mandated move to the greater Saint Louis/O’Fallon, Ill area. Open to most ways to start but I think my ideal niche will be single and small multi family homes as rentals. Look forward to learning from you all!
