Hi all! I am from a small town in Virginia, too small for the location to be considered an option on here. I am currently looking to both network and learn more about real estate investing. I would love any pointers or specific advice from anyone who has experience in the industry!

@Hannah Carter There is probably some meetup in Roanoke or Lynchburg.  Definitely one in Waynesboro you can find on Facebook called "SAW real estate meetup"
