I am new to real estate investing and have purchased my first deal. I bought a 3/2 house for LTR and have just begun the task of gutting the kitchen and both bathrooms. We will only do minor rehab such as paint and floors to the remainder of the house. I welcome any suggestions for ideas to keep costs low for LTR tenants.
