Hello all, wanted to quickly introduce myself. My name is Mat Simmons and I’m the founder/CEO of SIMM Capital! I’ve been actively investing in real estate since 2006. Currently run multiple funds that hold a total of almost 4,000 doors of real estate across 9 states. Our focus and primary business model is investing in heavy value add multifamily as well as affordable housing! Looking forward to connecting with others.
