I have been a podcast listener for years now and am so excited to join this community. My name is Sheena Konas and I am an agent in Northern Michigan where I specialize in relocations and investment properties. 

Out-of-Town Buyers: I understand the unique needs of buyers looking to relocate or invest in Northern Michigan from afar as I personally went through the process when we moved to Traverse City in 2017. When we moved to TC, we dove right in, networking on the weekends and got heavily involved in our community to successfully open our health center.
