My husband and I started bran new business seeking to begin flipping SF properties in the Houston area. We currently both have a day job: he as a firefighter with the City of Austin and myself in the civil engineering (transportation) industry. To be honest, we don't know exactly what we're doing (we have some, but limited experience), other then sensing God is leading us into the REI arena, and now we have set sail on this new journey to learn and flip homes (or land). Looking forward to make connections with the many wonderful individuals in this community!

@Stacy Tsai along with meetups, there are numerous books on the subject in the BiggerPockets library and “Flip” by Keller Publishing. The more you can learn and network with investors the better. Flipping is about solving 1000 decisions from start to finish. Take action and keep us updated!
