Looking for advice/guidance

My husband and I “retired” early did the whole sell everything and full time RV.  We started that journey almost 3 years ago.  Last year we bought a park model home and updated it.  Our plan was to Airbnb it but decided to long term rent it.  We rented it in 3 days!!!  We like Yuma, AZ and would like to start investing in this area.  We have run into a problem with funding.  Our park model was paid for in cash from our savings.  We would rather not use our savings to buy houses.  We need to earn money not keep spending it.  We could put a down payment but need funding to buy.  The problem we have is we retired early so we don’t have income to show.  So how do I obtain a loan without proof of income?  We both have great credit scores (low 800s) we own a property for collateral.  I see these people that say you can start investing with no money.  lol. Yeah right!!  I’d appreciate any and all advice.

Hi Michelle,
